SNAP participants encouraged to change PIN

The Fraud and Recovery staff with the Department of Children and Family Services recommend that all SNAP participants change their PINs immediately. Please follow the steps in the attached document.

SNAP participants can change their PIN by calling the number on the back of their SNAP card, calling the 1-88-HELP U number, and logging into the LA CAFÉ SNAP portal.
