About AmeriCorps at the Food Bank
As an AmeriCorps Member, you'll play an essential role in addressing food insecurity across Central Louisiana through the Food Bank’s Mobile Pantry Program. Members actively engage in key operational tasks directly assisting with food distribution, service referrals, participant intake, relationship management, and more.

Requirements for Service
High School Diploma or GED; or working toward HS credential
Must be at least 17 years of age at the start of service term
Applicants must undergo a criminal background check and drug screening
